TERMS & CONIDITONS

 

1. The customer is responsible for the hired good from the time of collection until the time of return.

 

2. All hired goods must be returned in a clean and dry condition, especially cutlery. There is an extra charge for hired goods returned in a dirty condition, prior arrangement strictly required and all goods must be returned within 24 hours of use.

 

3. No responsibility can be accepted for injury caused by the use of hired goods.

 

4. Hired goods damaged, broken or lost must be paid for at the replacement charge current at the time the hire is returned.

 

5. Hired goods must be returned by noon the day after the hire, unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

6. If goods are to be used for more than one occasion, an extra charge will be made.

 

7. All containers and carrying boxes must be returned with hired goods. A charge will be made for non return e.g. Black plastic box £6, Blue box for glasses £12. Original cardboard boxes for glasses £10

 

8. A charge will be made for table linen returned in an exceptionally dirty condition.

 

9. The hirer must be onsite when goods are delivered to receive the delivery and organise collection.

 

10. Cancellation of an order – If the order is cancelled within 14 days of the date of hire 100% of the hire cost will be charged.
